The 300 mm Manhattan Series Carving Knife has a flexible blade and smooth edge especially designed for cutting ham and other large pieces of meat. It has been made in polyoxymethylene (POM) polyoxymethylene (POM) so it is highly resistant to detergents and extreme temperature.
