The 3M Hand-Masker Painter's Tape and Masking Film Dispenser Kit helps you protect your surfaces from paint splatters, drips, roller mist or spray in one convenient step. Each kit contains one Tape and Film Dispenser, one 12-inch film blade, one roll of 1.41-inch masking tape and one roll of masking film. This handy tool applies painter's tape to painter's plastic or paper in one continuous application, letting you complete the job four to five times faster than paper/poly method. The 3M Hand Masker M3000 is ideal for a variety of jobs, like preparing for painting, ceiling texturing, exterior wall finishing or floor sanding. Compact and lightweight, this masking plastic dispenser with paint tape features an easy-grip handle for a secure hold. For great paint results, make sure the surface is clean, dry and dust-free, then apply the adhesive tape and film onto the surface. Let the tape set for about 30 to 60 minutes before painting. Wait until the paint is dry to the touch before removing the used painters tape and film. Lift the painting tape up by slowly pulling it back on itself, then remove it at a 45-degree angle.
